Expression One

So I'm a big fan of abstract expressionism partially because it requires very little traditional talent. I suffer from severe and major depression so this is my feeling of what it's like, what I like about this piece is that if you look at it for a while it feels like the black parts are closing in on the central color part and that's exactly what depression feels like. The color pallet is also very specific to me. Those are definitely the colors I see myself as, Pink, Purple, and Red. I made this using fresh paint.
